I called jump zone for my sons b-day Johny worked around my schedule for the the phone call about the jumpers very nice great costumer service they were on time very good price ,kids had lots of fun i will defenetly call again and reffer to others.P.S the jumper guy was nice enough to call a week later to ask if i was satisfied now that tells me world class service or in my line of business we call that a wow service thank u jump zone my son had a wonderfull b-day.

Very impressive operation!
These guys showed up on time, set up everything for me. They also cleaned and disinfected equipment and made sure it was ready for use. Then they picked it all up on time and were very reasonable. The equipment was amazing quality and everyone at my party had a blast thanks to them. I would recommend them to anyone who needs party equipment.

Jump Zone has it all; if they don't have it themselves, they will use their many sources and get it for you, be it jumpers, entertainers, etc. Their jumpers also come w/ basketball rings and balls to keep the kids entertained in the jumper! They also found a fabulous Red Power Ranger to entertain our party guest w/ 'Power Ranger Training'. Everyone loved it! They are also super professional when you call them, unlike so many other jumper companies that I have called over the years. Also, Jump Zone has been around for over 7 years, so you don't have to worry if they will go out of business before your next party!! Save yourself the hassle, use Jump Zone.

Great service, great follow up. 
We had a large event for our community; Johnny worked with us to choose the best jumper to fit our needs. As with all events we could not anticipate the delivery of all items, the tables and bouncer arrived at the same time, but the bouncer driver was patient and waited till the area was clear. The bouncer was clean and in great shape. After our event, the driver was great and called us to let us know he was stuck in traffic, which is a nice thing if youre waiting,. Johnny called me after the event to make sure all went well, a good sign that he cares about his customers. All in all a great experience with the company and we will use them again.
