My son was turning one & my bf & i threw him this huge birthday bash ! it was great ! dont get me started.. The cake.. The balloons, the decor.. EVERYTHING including the jumper i called several of places before settling down with Johnny.. He was nice and didnt make me decide right away.. & they were the only ones who could make it work ! & so i book'd a jumper & a cotton candy machine.. Which cost less than $200 the cotton candy machine included sugar & cones ! the guys who set it up were friendly & when i asked where to get more sugar he simply suggested smart and finals instead of them because its cheaper way too go ! HONESTY ! they came right on time.. They picked it up right on time.. Everything was perfect. THANKS JUMP ZONE USA.
The jumper was clean along with the cotton candy machine.. & they picked up the cotton candy machine without being cleaned because i didnt have time.. Too oh & i forgot ! the jumper we got had basketball hoops inside.. They gave us plastic basketballs along with it to keep! the kids had a blast playing basketball in a jumper ! & taking the lil basketballs home =)
Oh & all i did was make one phone call & they called me the day before the bash to confirm & that was it. I'll use em again.
&.. They delivered it to lakewood where the party was held.. So just ask if they serve your area.

Just wanted to let you know how great our party was with the 6 in 1 combo bouncy! My boys played tag ball, wrestled, played basketball, slid on both slides and bounced until I finally pulled the plug at 8:30 p.m.!
It was a successful party and all the kids completely enjoyed the bouncy. The delivery and pick-up was flawless. The bouncy was in perfect condition. I will cal you again when we need a bouncy!

This company is awesome to work with ! They have a great selection and have been a favorite of our summer day camp staff and campers. We order jumpers and machines from them all the time.

I have rented many bouncy houses multiple times and have found Jump Zone to be the most reliable. Also, they provide small rubber balls if you have hoops inside the bouncy! How cool is that!

At the last moment, we were forced to move the venue of our child's fifth birthday party to our backyard. We were referred to Jump Zone by a very good friend, who had had a great experience. We found them extremely friendly and accommodating, and they were able to deliver an awesome bouncer on time, and with very little notice. It was very easy, and one less thing that we had to worry about. I really feel that this is a company that appreciates its customers, and wants to earn their business.

The only place I could find a jumper geared to my party theme. Excellent service, friendly, helpful employees. Great customer service. Great vaule for the price. Will be using them for our next party, you should use them too.
