I needed a Jumper / moon bouncer last minute and had called around looking for quotes. The other companies would not even waste their time talking to me where as Jump Zone USA, namely Johnnie, took their time to explain all my options. The customer service they expressed was well above and beyond what I had expected, but it is refreshing to know the companies still do care about their customers...look forward to using them again.
The equipment was also well cleaned and looked brand new.

I live in New York, but have family in LA. We found Jump Zone USA online when we visited, called them up, told them about our daughter's party - and they sent out a fantastic jumper right away at extremely competitive prices.
The jumper looked brand new, and they set it up quickly. I would definitely turn to them again in a heart beat.

Jumpzone helped make my get together a smash. Their wonderful customer service, helping me set up and take down was such a help. And everyone, not just the children, had a blast eating the cotton candy and jumping around.

I Called last minute of course, but they took my order. It was on time not like the other companies and clean very important. The kids loved the jumper (so did the adults). I will always use this company, I highly recommend jumpzone for everyone. Thank you jumpzone you saved the day.

Was kind of a last minute thing, but they helped me out. Very professional. The party ended up being a huge success. I owe 93.5% of that to them.

If you think this is just for kids you have no idea. I never knew how much fun this would be to have at a weekend bbq. Before I called I thought it would be really expensive but it wasn't so I thought ok, this will be fun and it was a blast! I could easily think any party without something like this is a drag!
Pros: Hilarious, Like a Workout!
Cons: Nothing negative in my experience

With all the stress I had organizing my daughters party, I surely appricated Jump Zone to bring me a bouncer that really was so much fun for everyone at the party. The smiles and laughter of the kids jumping was priceless. Thank you Jump Zone ! I highly recommend them.

my son was turning one & my bf & i threw him this huge birthday bash ! it was dont get me started.. the cake.. the balloons, the decor.. EVERYTHING including the jumper i called several of places before settling down with Johnny.. he was nice and didnt make me decide right away.. & so i book'd & a cotton candy machine.. which cost less than $200 the cotton candy machine included sugar & cones ! the guys who set it up were friendly & when i asked where to get more sugar he simply suggested smart and finals instead of them because its cheaper way too go ! HONESTY ! they came right on time.. they picked it up right on time.. everything was perfect. THANKS JUMP ZONE USA.
the jumper was clean along with the cotton candy machine.. & they picked up the cotton candy machine without being cleaned because i didnt have time.. too oh & i forgot ! the jumper we got had basketball hoops inside.. they gave us plastic basketballs along with it to keep! the kids had a blast playing basketball in a jumper ! & taking the lil basketballs home =)
oh & all i did was make one phone call & they called me the day before the bash to confirm & that was it. i'll use em again.
&.. they delivered it to lakewood where the party was held.. so just ask if they serve your area.

So which company do you choose when you need to rent a jumper when a gazillion companies rent em? I've been using Jump Zone for 3 years. They have THE BEST customer service, which is my number one priority. I don't have to worry about my jumper being late or not showing up! They're friendly, pro and know what they're doing. Oh, and their price is right!

We really liked the Sports Combo. The basketball hoops were cool. We got to keep the basketballs. They were helpful and got us a slide combo we could use!!The jumpzone was with us all day.

This is a great place to rent those jumping cages for birthday parties. Jump Zone has a large selection of jumping cages to choose from and their prices are about average. Although I think that renting these jumping cages are expensive in general. But the kids just love them. They deliver the jumping cage to your home and the also pick it up.
