I needed a Jumper / moon bouncer last minute and had called around looking for quotes. The other companies would not even waste their time talking to me where as Jump Zone USA, namely Johnnie, took their time to explain all my options. The customer service they expressed was well above and beyond what I had expected, but it is refreshing to know the companies still do care about their customers...look forward to using them again.

The equipment was also well cleaned and looked brand new.

I live in New York, but have family in LA. We found Jump Zone USA online when we visited, called them up, told them about our daughter's party - and they sent out a fantastic jumper right away at extremely competitive prices.

The jumper looked brand new, and they set it up quickly. I would definitely turn to them again in a heart beat.
